    Appeal the case that sent him to jail citing valid grounds so that it will be dismissed. As for the case with a warrant, assail the case again citing valid reasons so that it will likewise be dismissed. All the cases must be expunged from the records. After all the cases are dismissed and expunged, he will be able to go to boot camp because there no more impediments.
